Mother day getaway

The house itself is beautiful very clean, and the presentation was fantastic with old world charm. our stay was fantastic lunch on the beautiful veranda, cheese plater in front of the fire on Mother's Day afternoon and lunch in Bowral. I only had a few concerns that I had my 96-year-old mother with me, and she had a fall off the bed because it moved when she went to sit on it, floorboards and wheels on beds don't mix. Easy fix, lock on wheels, you also can't close the ensuite door to the back bedroom because of the washing machine in it very cramp ensuite. The outside courtyard when we arrived was very messy, I didn't think the leaves had been cleaned up for a long time, not a good first appearance. The owners did leave a charged leaf blower to use which is a great idea and we did, I know there are a lot of beautiful trees and will get messy but should have been cleaner on arrival. I was looking for a one level house and there is a step into the kitchen which I didn't know about, which was difficult for my mother and sister to enter looking back on your photos in the corner of one of them you can just see a bit of the step, it would be good to point this out in your description. Overall, it is a beautiful house well-presented and a pleasure to stay. I would stay again but would be aware of my issues if considering my mother coming. Thanks to stays I have delt with them before and they make it very easy with contact if you need to know anything before and during your stay.
