Welcome to Manly beach, Sydney!
Enjoy this centrally located beach view apartment, just minutes from Manly’s beaches, harbour, wharf, restaurants, bars, weekend markets, and many recreational & sporting activities.

Filled with natural light and a great ocean cross breeze, you also have access to the roof top pool and BBQ area with expansive ocean, harbour and city skyline views.

View the sunrise from your balcony then back to sleep until it’s time for a lazy brekky & a swim!
The space
A split level beachside apartment with 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living area with sofa bed, full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Snorkel gear and beach umbrella also provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to full beachfront apartment, private balcony and communal roof top area with pool, BBQ and laundry facilities. Within the building complex there is also a public gym, hairdresser, masseur and cafe.
Other things to note
There are several paid council car parks in the area, including one within the building (first 2hrs free), and street parking.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or within the building.

For security reasons, luggage cannot be stored before or after checkout.

Remove rubbish and dispose of in bin room down stairs (turn right past the gym from Central Ave exit)
Close all windows and lock doors. Return keys to lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in communal areas for the comfort of all residents and guests.
On check out, pls remove all rubbish, load the dishwasher and turn on, close doors / windows and lock the door. Bin rm is on Central Ave left of gym
Parking is on a first in first serve basis. Pls request swipe card when booking. There are also 6 floors of paid public parking within the building.

Percival stay

The location of the property is excellent, steps away from Manley beach, the ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. The photos accurately match the apartment, the host provided very detailed instructions for checking in, and check in and out was very easy, the host was very responsive to questions. The building is a bit old and no AC, but overall, good.

Old building but very convenient to all transportation, beaches,shops and restaurants.Awesome view from the balcony, but unit did not have air conditioning or screens. Windows & doors were open always, so "bird watch" was necessary to avoid cockatoos from flying in thru the balcony. Apartment was somewhat dated throughout, but was clean & comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen is not designed for cooking as fridge is very small with no freezer for ice. Was quite adequate for a married couple since bathroom facilities were only accessible thru the bedroom. Apartment has 8 steps to reach the front entrance and 8 more steps to get from the bedroom to the upstairs living area, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. Not fancy but we loved the view & location so we would stay again. Thanks for having us.

Not suitable for 2 single travellers

This was a lovely property but only for a single traveller or couple. The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom with no direct access for anyone using the sofa bed - a problem especially at night. Otherwise it was great.
