Magnificent fuse, air-conditioning was great, the deck was fabulous, we had a few problems with the refrigerator and with the water or lack of in a couple of the bathrooms. Luckily, we didn't need all the bathrooms so we were OK. Those were the only 2 complaints the place other than that was fabulous, although compared to some of the other peoples prices, we felt like we may have overpaid.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent stay. I understand that the issues that you mentioned were fixed as soon as you reported them. In regards to pricing remember that the penthouse accommodates up to 12 people and your group being only 6 could benefit more by renting a 3 bedroom instead of 6 bedrooms at a lower rate. I will be glad to help you in the future with other properties that better suit your smaller group.

Friends getaway

We had a wonderful time at our beachfront penthouse. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Our housekeeper Olga was terrific ! We will definitely be back

Great place!!

Really enjoyed my stay here, the location was exactly as advertised and the property was very clean, thanks to Olga who comes every day to tidy up!!! Nelly is very responsive and the check in process is very easy. The onsite employees at the property are very helpful if you ever need a taxi you just let them know and they are there within 5 minutes. Overall I really enjoyed my time spent here!

Loved it*****

Amazing location, spectacular view, very spacious condo and great service from rental manager in Houston and on-site staff, huge beachfront pool, amenities include restaurant, gym, game room. We visited Puerto Vallarta a couple of times and although we enjoyed it, we were eager to return to the tranquility of this location. The condo is only 25 minutes from the airport and close to shopping and restaurants. Gated community allowing only registered guests. Perfect for families or group of friends. Highly recommended.
