The native landscaping has been designed by a fabulous local landscaper, Nathan Copland.
Ideally located in Pearl Beach village, and a minute's amble to its pristine, calm waters, you can enjoy the village's recently restored rock pool. Just a 10 minute drive to Ettalong and Umina Beach. Despite being so close to all conveniences, this house feels secluded and peaceful, nestled amongst tall trees.
Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 both contain queen beds and built-ins.
