This light-filled architect-designed home is both captivating and delivered to international award-winning sustainability standards by the renowned Australian company Archiblox. The native landscaping has been designed by a fabulous local landscaper, Nathan Copland.

Ideally located in Pearl Beach village, and a minute`s amble to its pristine, calm waters, you can enjoy the village`s recently restored rock pool. Just a 10 minute drive to Ettalong and Umina Beach. Despite being so close to all conveniences, this house feels secluded and peaceful, nestled amongst tall trees.

Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 both contain queen beds and built-ins.

Perfect

Barefoot was the perfect size for a couple, amenities were spot on and proximity to the beach and cafe is ideal. Modern, clean and pleasant throughout.

Barefoot @ Pearl

Loxation excellent. The property needs a birthday. Cupboards not cleaned very well with finger marks and dirty cloth swells obvious. Some of the veneer on the cupboards is peeling off. The TV was hanging at an odd angle, and the aerial was loose and hence no picture. I had to fiddle with it to get it to work. Sand on the floor and lounge & the lounge had dirty marks. Overall the property needs a good clean, and repairs needed. Not too much work but it is all in te detail. Rental pricing included cleaning, but a seperate cleaning change was added. When we questioned this the agent gave us a reply that made no sense.
