This is the trendiest district of tangier. Residences here offer modern amenities that are only available to newly constructed building. It's proximity to train station, beach, restaurants, supermarket, pool and more make it a much sought after location in Tangier. No wonder this area is where Tangiers' best hotels are all present (Encore, Hilton, Prestana, Ibis, Royal Tulip...and more)
