Though the outside has a classic, rustic farmhouse look, the inside will pleasantly surprise you with its fresh renovations, cozy layout, and thoughtful touches throughout.
The home includes:
• 4 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 2 with double beds)
• 2 full bathrooms, including one ensuite
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• A comfortable living area with Internet TV (full channels, movies and PPV)
• A spacious laundry room
• Table fans in each bedroom
• A portable A/C unit in the living room (pre-installed in window)
• Fast, reliable Wi-Fi
Water System:
The home runs on clean well water and a septic tank. It is equipped throughout with a reverse osmosis filtration system. For drinking water, a double reverse osmosis system is located under the kitchen sink — use the small tap on the left side of the sink.
Parking and Property Notes:
Park on the left side of the house, between the shed and the sea-can. As the property spans 10 acres, you may see other vehicles come by to access or park equipment in the back and front areas. This is normal and the space remains secure and private for guests.
There is an RV located at the back of the property where the property caretaker resides. This area is separate and away from the Airbnb guest space and does not affect your privacy.
Nature and Wildlife:
Because of the open surroundings, you may spot local wildlife during your stay. It’s not uncommon to see hawks overhead, gophers in the fields, and occasionally even elks passing through the property.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all the dishes, take out the food out of the refrigerator
Place garbage outside in the bin, any recycling bottles pls leave them in the bag outside or in the bin next to the garbage bin on the side of the home
Put all used towels together, leave them on the washer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
