The ground floor showcases an expansive open-concept living area, seamlessly integrating the living room and a fully equipped new-fashioned kitchen. This level also includes a convenient half bath.
Adjacent to the main kitchen, a ritzy master suite features a private bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a cozy kitchenette with dinette area, offering the ideal level of privacy, while still having direct access to the main living space. The suite also boasts a private external entrance with digital smart lock entry, ensuring exclusive access; an alternate option to entering through the main house’s front door.
Also included with your stay is access to our tranquil pool cottage located on the pool patio, which is ideal for either a couple, or a group of 4. This unit can sleep 2 guests in the bedroom (1 queen bed) and can accommodate an additional 2 guests on the soft, spacious couch that converts into a sleeper in the living area. The cottage is externally attached to the main home, however is equipped with its own private entrance offering more seclusion and ensuring an intimate retreat, with the pool only 2 steps away from your door.
This serene set-up offers a secluded environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The pool patio is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful ambiance, whether you're seeking solitude for a quiet place to reflect, or fun-filled moments with your family—the space offers a perfect sanctuary during your stay making it an ideal spot to unwind or create cherished family memories. (Patio features a grill, a 70 inch smart TV enclosed under the gazebo, lounge chairs, umbrellas and a few outdoor games)
Laundry facilities are located out the back door at the rear of the house, to your left.
