Summary:
30 min to Breckenridge mountain & 10 miles to Fairplay, offers seclusion, or be in town in minutes. Well appointed cabin with all of the comforts of home including a great 10 person hot tub. This is remote with steep mountain roads to the home, in the winter they can be slick. 4 wheel drive is recommended, all wheel drive or front wheel drive is a must in the winter. The road to the home is gravel and is bumpy, its a mountain retreat! Please plan accordingly.

This alpine inspired mountain chalet combines design, functionality, adventure and comfort. Everything you need for a perfect group getaway.

The Space:
Our 3-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a roomy kitchen and dining area.

Top floor: Master bedroom, full bath with work space & smart TVs

Main floor two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining room & a living room (with a smart TV).

Basement: comfy couch, stackable washer & dryer, full bathroom & two twin bunk beds, 60 in TV with X Box

Guest Access:
Guests have access to 2 parking spaces and a private driveway as well as private entrance to the main living level and separate basement entrance.

The stay was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the place was very spacious and clean. Jeremiah was quick to respond and very helpful. The location was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!

This property was a beautiful and secluded place to play. Our kids loved exploring the outdoors and the kid space in the basement was perfect for them. The cabin had everything we needed and had plenty of room for our family reunion vacation. We would love to come stay again!

Spacious house in need of TLC

This house worked great for 8 adults. Plenty of space to move around in. The kitchen seemed to have everything you'd need to cook. There is not an ice maker, so be prepared to supply ice. The large table was perfect for everyone to sit around. The bedrooms were spacious, space provided for your clothes. The beds were a little too hard for our liking. We brought a fan for our room. Another couple went & bought a fan because once you close the doors the air gets stuffy. The bathrooms were well stocked & the towels were super soft. The water pressure was an issue for us as only one shower could be used at a time. I contacted the host & they offered to have someone come out to look but we didn't want anyone in the home while we were away. The listing says no smoking. It clearly smelled of marijuana. We assumed they are aware of this since they had an air purifier in the main part of the house. The listing also mentioned two entries into the house. The deck looks very new but they did not put the steps back to the main level door. Only garage entry. The road up to the house is very rough. The driveway is a little steep, which could be an issue in bad weather. There is plenty of parking! We had 5 Jeeps with still space to use. The elevation of the house was higher than we expected & took several days to breathe comfortably while sleeping. This house has a lot of potential. The host was always quick to respond.
