Clean apartment, plenty of street parking with on-site parking available if needed, nice neighborhood with plenty of places close by. Super easy to get in touch with Host, answered any question that I had. Check-in and Checkout process was super easy as well and not overly complicated. I would definitely come back again!
Uber clean garden level apartment with comfortable beds and seating. Tons of hot water and I appreciated the mini kitchen comprised of coffee maker, fridge and ice maker and the full size laundry. The exterior of the home is gorgeous and so are the other brown and greystones on the block. Took Uber everywhere and felt safe entering the iron locked gate and main door to unit. Would love to return in the summer time.

“We felt so welcome”
"Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, stocked with basic necessities and the location is even better than what is in the listing description. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Very accommodating and flexible with the Checkout time - We had an event that was later in the day, and was able to get a later check out.thanks!
The location and neighborhood were picturesque. Ample street parking. Check in was easy, and the instructions were detailed. Light bulbs in the entry way were completely out, however so dangerous at night as it is pitch black in the entry way and there are stairs! We used the flashlights on our phones to navigate at night. When we first arrived, the inside of the rental was absolutely BOILING. I reached out to the owner and he turned the air conditioning on, which resulted later in us freezing the remainder of the weekend, but we didn't want to keep bothering the owner to adjust the temperature. The shower was very finicky to get the temperature correct, and additionally periodically in the middle of your shower, you'd get shot with either super boiling or super cold water. No blow dryer. But air fryer was nice for reheating food. Overall, an okay stay, but I think I'm going back to hotels stays from now on.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback, Courtney! I'm glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and had a smooth check-in. Just to clarify for future guests: the entryway has a dusk-to-dawn LED light, as well as an interior wall switch located just to the right after entering. All bulbs were confirmed working before and after your stay. The AC was recently serviced and had been turned off during a brief vacancy in line with local energy-saving guidance during extreme heat. Once you reached out, we promptly turned it on. Multiple heat sources were available, including a wall-mounted gas heater, plug-in oil radiator, and a forced-air unit. The shower runs on a tankless system for continuous hot water—something many guests appreciate. The temperature dial runs hot between 12 and 3 o’clock and cold from 6 to 9, with the optimal range typically between 3 and 6. We’ll double-check for any inconsistencies. A blow dryer isn’t listed in the amenities, but we’re glad the air fryer came in handy. We strive to offer a cozy, home-like alternative to hotels and genuinely appreciate you giving our space a try. Wishing you all the best on your future travels!
