Beds were shockingly uncomfortable, my guess is very old. How you provide bedding like that in accommodation is beyond me.No seperate toilet and the bathroom was very dated, clean but run down. Yard was unkept, grass long, weeds growing out of cement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. We do feel the score doesn't accurately reflect our property though.
As much as we'd like to, we can't cater for all needs, our beds tend to be on the softer side for now. We are in the process of purchasing new firm beds, by end November it should all be done.
Our apologies regarding the lawn, we were unable to get there before your stay and didn't want to bother you and your guests with the mowing noise during your stay. I should have perhaps send you a message with the choice, and kept you up to date.
