About the host
Hosted by Monica Piccininno

We are a couple originally from the GTA living in Collingwood for the last 6 years with our 2 younger sons. Our family loves sports and the outdoors.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offered the privacy and space we were looking for coming from the city. The backyard is a peaceful outdoor landscape to enjoy. The house is large in size and the property area is big enough for the kids to enjoy and both of us adults to work in our separate home offices. The neighbours are wonderful.
What makes this property unique
Our property is located in a wonderful community just West of Collingwood and its well known for its beautiful homes, oversized lots and close proximity to local ski clubs such as Osler Bluff Ski Club.
With a high percentage of families residing in the neighborhood, Collingwoodlands is also known to host a variety of events that keep the community thriving. Some fun activities include a community ski day, neighborhood Easter egg hunt, the last day of school Kid Olympics, annual barbecue, Halloween spooky forest, the annual Santa Claus parade, fundraisers and more! There is a volunteer social committee that hosts these events.
