We had the best stay. The home was truly awesome, such a well-thought-out space and absolutely perfect for a large group like ours (ranging from 10 to 40 year olds). The floor plan worked incredibly well, and it had nearly everything we needed to be comfortable throughout our trip. You never felt like there were 23 people in the house.The outside and lower level setup was perfect. We loved playing volleyball, pool, ping pong, watching March Madness while in the pool and the top floor fire pit was a big hit.We did pick up a few small items (paper towels, toilet paper, scissors and additional drink containers), but overall, the house was very well stocked. We had access to the golf cart but only used it to drive to the beach one day as it was a very easy walk to the beach.We had minor issues with pool heating and the elevator upon our arrival, but the hosts were VERY responsive and fixed ASAP and we greatly appreciate all they did to help.10/10 would recommend this place.

Family Fun

This is a perfect location for larger groups. Plenty of space to be together or relax and read by yourself. It is a short walk to the beach and it was great to have the choice to stay at the pool or go to the beach-both were beautiful. We loved that every group had their own full bath with plenty of powder rooms. With our large group of all ages, it was a luxury. They were so helpful with any questions or any help we needed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go again!

Family reunion

The home is large and well appointed, there was space for everyone and something for everyone to do. The home was spotless. Communication with the management company was excellent t, they were very responsive and prompt. My family is very particular, and not one person had a single complaint, which is a huge complement. Very close to the beach, grocery stores, the outlet mall, and restaurants. Overall, this was an excellent vacation and I would definitely go back to this property or any other managed by the same management company.

Beautiful Property !!

This was a last minute vacation for our large family of 20. We were evacuated to this area from the hurricane. The distance to beach was great, the pool area is very thought out and really a perfect space. The house is spacious and has something for everyone. The bunk areas are beautiful and so well done. The house is just perfect for a large gathering.

Absolutely the best !!!! We had a great time. The house is beautiful with lots of room and fun things to do. We rented a golf cart, we hardly used the vehicle The house is close to about anything you need. Huge decks and outdoor kitchen. Loved everything about the house and look forward to going back.

Highly Recommend—Went Beyond All Expectations!

We had an amazing time at Casa Blanca! We were the first ones to stay at the house, so we were a bit nervous, but it turned out to be our favorite spot in Miramar Beach by far! The house has everything you could want and more. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom—perfect for our big group. We had a blast at the pool, and the beach volleyball and sandcastle-building were awesome. The game area on the first floor was fantastic—clearly designed with fun in mind. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the elevator made getting around super easy. The rooftop has a fireplace that was really cool, especially during sunset. The house was spotless and well-maintained. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Highly recommend!

Great house!

We had an excellent time at Casa Blanca! The house is beautiful and very well planned out. Had everything we needed for our week. We had 4 adults and 6 teens and everyone had their own room and full bath. Having a powder bath, ice maker, and fridge on each floor was nice. We would definitely stay here again. The game room was a lot of fun!A couple tips for future travelers; be aware that this house sits right next door to a landscaping company, so a morning coffee on the deck is filled with noises of lawnmowers, leaf blowers and trucks getting ready for the day. Also, there is no good view from any floor other than the 4th floor deck which has a peekaboo ocean view. All the other decks you just have neighboring houses or the RV park to look at. Make sure the outdoor pool bathroom is unlocked. Our whole week they could not find the key, thus we had to dry off every time we needed to go in and use the bathroom. Hot tub only heats for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening- that’s probably not a big deal in warm months but it was chilly enough for us that a manual timer to kick on the heat would have been nice!It’s an easy walk to the beach from here, the kids loved that!Overall, house is beautiful and worked out great for us. I would recommend this house and the management company.

We had the best time! This house exceeded our expectations and helped make our 6-family Spring Break the very best. The small issues we had were addressed and communicated promptly. The walk to the beach was easy and doable with children (and stuff!) There was plenty to do for all the kids when back at the house, too. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy and we appreciated all the kitchen/bar items available, especially the ice makers! Would highly recommend!
