Pollie's features four bedrooms - three with queen sized beds and one with two single beds. It is pet friendly outside and has an undercover BBQ area and spacious back yard, so it's ideal for year-round outdoor entertaining. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath tub. The kitchen/ dining/ lounge area is open-plan and has a reverse-cycle air conditioner to keep you warm or cool, depending on the time of year.

Easter getaway

A clean and well-presented property with ample room for our two families of four. The children enjoyed playing in the quiet street and riding/walking the 10-15 minutes to Long Beach.

Unfortunately we found the kitchen lacking in equipment. No wooden spoons, whisk, measuring jug, salad bowls, limited drinking glasses 5 in total and no large saucepan for pasta.The dishwasher smelt and the spraying arm is blocked and doesn't clean the dishes on the top shelf. When I messaged the host Sunday about the spoons the response was rather hostile and I was told I should only contact on a Sunday in case of emergencies. I wasn't bothered whether they helped on Monday just letting them know sooner rather than later.Throw rug was dirty in lounge and chocolate left on leather chair. Apart from this the home was clean comfortable, good beds and laundry equipment.

As mentioned in the review, Josie called on a Sunday afternoon to report their where no wooden spoons in the home and that the induction hot plates were not working. We do our best to answer all phone calls in case of emergencies eg guest have locked themselves out or have a issue with hot water etc. All our properties have a info frame to let guest know to please text us with any issue or call also. After a quick call to the owner I called Josie back to confirm what I had already thought, the cook top was a standrd cook top and it was in full working order. Within 30mins we where able to purchase and delivery a set of wooden spoons to the guest. On delivery the guest was surprised that we where dropping them off on a Sunday night. As a small family ran business in a very small town we try our best to accommodated all guest needs.
