This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Beach Cottage is the perfect family vacation just 3/4 of a block to Duneland's very own private beach!! 1st bedroom has queen bed, crib and private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has full over full bunk bed. 3 bathrooms (one bathroom located in garage for easy showering after a day at the beach) Beautiful hardwood floors, updated eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and 2 living rooms so your family has room to relax and have fun. In addition, amenities include- central heating & air, all linens, bath towels, beach towels, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, Nintendo wii, Cable TV, beach gear, grill, patio and fire pit in backyard. One of the couches also pulls out to a sleeper sofa if more room is needed.

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach!!

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this house for the month of July. It was perfect! The inside of the house is beautifully decorated, while still maintaining a cozy beach feel!! The house is much more spacious then the pictures let on. My family of 5, along with an occasional visit from the grandparents, had more then enough room. The beautiful beach is literally steps away. We made memories that will last a lifetime!! My family and I have been renting in this area for years and this house was by far our favorite!!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Our family stayed at this delightful home, for 10 days, in July. It was our 38th year renting in the Long Beach/Duneland area. The location was wonderful, steps to the beach. The beach was the best I had ever been to in the area; big, clean and no houses to block your views. The house was equipped with anything and everything a large family would need, and was quite spacious. Actually, I don't think the pictures do it justice. It was much bigger than we anticipated. The owners were so easy to deal with and we were even greeted with a welcome gift - a nice bottle of wine to enjoy while watching the gorgeous sunsets. I would highly recommend the Charming Beach Cottage!

Great house and location for a beach summer

We enjoyed the Beach Cottage – It had a well-equipped, complete kitchen and abundant linens. We used the washer and dryer, fire pit, grill and picnic table. The wide, sandy beach was an easy, half-block walk. The internet connection was excellent. We alternated between the air conditioner and just opening windows; the trees provided nice shade. The doe with fawns and the chattering chipmunks were a treat. The empty garage left us a place to park suitcases and bikes. Tennis courts are within walking distance. Civilization seemed a long way away!
