Great getaway despite COVID

My family and I enjoyed the condo and all that Lincoln and surrounding area had available to do (Flume Gorge, Polar Caves, Mt. Washington, mini-golf, ladies bathtub swimming hole, etc.) The condo was perfectly appointed for us to cook meals and sleep comfortably, and was exactly as pictured in the description. Joe was easy to get in touch with and responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. We had a great time!

Lovely Vacation in Renovated Ski Lodge

My family (4 kids, 2 dogs, 1 husband and me) stayed in this lovely condo for our annual summer vacation at Loon. We have stayed in this complex for four years and this unit is by far the best. All updates are as described, with plenty of kitchen supplies available for use. The unit also has plenty of games. Our rental came with a pool pass, which given the great weather, we didn't need to use, since we were outside in the river or hiking. The unit has a key code to open the door, rather than a key lock. I loved this. In the early morning walks with our dogs, I wasn't worried that I would inadvertently lock myself out of the house. It was easy to communicate both during the reservation process and the lead-up to our check-in. Joseph provided details on the house rules and the unit itself has a detailed guest book, noting items about the house and the surrounding area. The master bedroom provides a view of Loon and the deck provides a partial view. I mention this because this is not a given in this complex. I imagine the view only improves in the winter as the leaves fall from the trees. Overall, it was a great stay in a condo that suited our sizable family very well.

Great roomy house in great area

The house is great…lots of room, great kitchen and living room. Is just like the pictures. Area is great with tons of stuff to do. Gorgeous views of the white mountains. Excellent communication when needed from the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Some Good And Some Not

There were certainly things about the condo that were inviting and accurately described in the VRBO listing. The unit was easy to enter but the markings on the ground identifying the correct parking spaces were totally worn away. The kitchen was new, spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom on the lowest level was also in decent shape and the shower water was hot although the pressure was minimal. Beware,this is a 4 level unit. The “first floor” is actually 2 flights down from the entrance and the living room is 2 up.i have a significant walking problem and wouldn’t not have chosen it had I known. It’s interesting that the owner requests that renters remove their shoes to keep the wall to wall carpets clean because ii is very dirty with permanent large stains. The slider in the lowest floor King bedroom was damaged on the bottom and we decided not to open it. The 2 sets of bunk beds in the other lowest floor bedroom had no ladders (standard equipment) making it not possible to climb to the top bunks. The operation of the 4 TV monitors was very confusing. In fact we were unable to utilize them at all. Another issue was that some of the 4 remotes in the living room (none were labeled with functions) and in the 4th floor bedroom had dead batteries. The only direction was in the book and this said to call Direct TV. The listing states there is a high chair, there is not. The owner was on vacation when I texted him so didn’t hear back from him until the next day.

Beautiful Home in White Mountains

Terrific location for enjoying fall beauty in New Hampshire mountains. Clean with comfortable beds. All the dishes and cookware needed to make some great meals. Plenty of seating both at dining table and in living room to accommodate a larger group. Easy check-in. Highly recommend!

Great location to loon for Octoberfest

Clean comfortable townhouse. Only 3 steps to get in the unit, some of the townhouses up there have many stairs. We ran out paper towels,toilet paper , trash bags , and soap on sinks. Rugs were stained , I took pictures as owner requests no shoes but rugs are light cream so hard to keep those clean. Could not get racu tv to work . Other then that we enjoyed it!

Great Condo at Loon

Quick Lincoln Getaway Break

Great place to stay, so comfortable, great location!! It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of space for families, has games for kiddos and plenty of great movies for inside time. Honestly, it was a bummer to leave it went so quickly!!

Loon vacation

We stayed at Joseph’s propert over the Labor Day weekend. Overall the place nice. The kitchen and shower were clearly updated. The beds were comfortable. Several windows didn’t open which was a tad disappointing considering it was beautiful outside. Also, going up and down stairs, there are four floors, can be a tad annoying but we knew that before we rented it. Overall a decent condo in the White Mountains close to most everything

Great place, location and communication!

Overall we had a great experience at the property and a perfect family vacation up in the white mountains* From the rivers to the parks and all the other things that came our way. Only things I could think to prepare someone is the downstairs did not have A/C but least had a fan for the hot nights. Also no grill on property but that’s just due to NH law for the condominiums where they can’t have on property. Other than those two pointers everything was perfect and we just a great time. This property was also the perfect rental for two families to split up if that’s what you need. Found it very ideal to have one family on top level and one on the bottom floor. We would meet in the middle to hang for tv time or when dining in for meals at the perfect oversized dining table. The property owner was very quick to respond if any questions, so thanks Joe…I’m sure we will return to the mountains next year !
