Perched atop the hillside directly facing Loon Mountain, this stylish home features soaring ceilings and fantastic mountain views. Bright and sunny inside, clean, crisp and well-furnished, this property is new to rental market and has never rented prior to summer 2025. Not a party house, this is an ideal getaway for one or two families wanting the best location to explore Lincoln, Loon, and all this spectacular region has to offer. Home boasts roomy living over 3 floors allowing your group to spread out and have privacy. Upper floor: master suite and small room w/ 2 singles directly next door - ideal for keeping kids near parents. Main floor is living, dining, kitchen, half bath, and private room off that main level with queen bed. Ground floor is like a separate suite, with queen bedroom and a bunk room, full bath, and TV/game room. Note there is a 2 car limit for parking, additional cars may be accommodated but must be discussed in advance.

After renting all over we loved Coolidge Falls the most - it's quiet, beautiful all year round and very well managed.
