We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home during our recent family vacation. It was a beautiful location, well accessorized accommodation and very responsive host to answer question before and during our stay. Will definitely rebook in the future.

wonderful guests. very clean and professional. would love to have have them as guests again
Our family stayed at the house for a long weekend. We had so much fun exploring the area, exercising on the river in the kayak and canoe, playing pool and shuffleboard and hosting a delicious dinner and campfire. The house is perfect for a getaway!
Amazing view from house and directly on boat canal making access to thousand Islands by boat safely and easily. Host very responsive and helpful. Thank you Justin
We are a family of 6, 3 generations, and stayed the second week of August. The property was exactly as pictured, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the interior and grounds were. We enjoyed watching the deer, wild turkeys, birds, and boats (and catching Pokemons!). We cooked 3 meals a day for the week and the kitchen had everything we needed. Justin was very responsive and extremely helpful,
Stayed for a guys golf weekend in the Thousand Islands. House is very true to the pictures and view of river is spectacular. Lots of room for the 5 of us which is probably the limit for non-couples comfortably staying at the house. Waterfront area was nice but too cold this weekend for us to use. Would not hesitate to come back.
Overall good. Great wildlife. Spacious and fully equipped for entertainment. Good AC in hot weather. Did not get responses to questions after a certain point. Bedsheets in one room did not seem to have be cleaned well, and the pictures of the boats were out of date which can be misleading
Loved the 40 foot window wall with view of river. Beautiful grounds (Justin is a landscaper) and well supplied with great dishes, pots and pans and lots of fresh towels in drawers. Walls need a little spackling and paint in a few places but lovely stay. There are actually two full bathrooms. We did not swim there as family had two other cottages on Howe and best one on river side so deep at end of dock. I do not like walking in weeds. There is canoe and paddle board in cabin by dock here. There are five extra folding chairs in garage which werehabdt. Spices supplied and soap and shampoo.
Chalet was clean and comfortable. View was beautiful. Soaking tub jets were not working. Wires visable throughout the chalet. Dock was not useable as sections did not line up to allow you to walk to the far end, one section was off kilter. Area was not clean- old clothes and fall leaves had not been picked up. This was a disappointment as it was the main feature we looked forward to. Gas grill was not clean; as such we did not use it. Exposed wiring in house (not sure if electrical or speaker wire).
This is a beautiful property. The view from the front deck is beautiful. The walk across the road and down the road a short distance to a gravel decline down to the water wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Once there, the newer dock is great, with seating available. I believe the picture in the listing is of the old dock so an updated one would be helpful. The listing shows a canoe and kayak although they were not there. But, we did not inquire about that to the owner. Justin was very good about getting back to us if we had any questions. He is very friendly and personable. Other than a few minor repairs/adjustments that could be made, we had a wonderful time at this chalet. (We did relay our suggestions to Justin privately through text) It’s a lovely, spacious, bright property!
Fantastic house with a great view! Pool table and table top shuffleboard were great for our older kids and us grown ups! We spent a lot of time on the dock enjoying the sun and catching lots of little fish. Gananoque is a neat little town to explore as well.Justin was a super responsive host!!
