Great Property! Celebrating 30th and 60th Birthdays. Great location to various cities and activities. Did a lot of hiking!! Property clean, spacious and comfortable. Prperty managers quick to respond to questions!
We recently spent the holidays in Buckeye, AZ, which allowed us to visit family at Del Webb’s Festival and grandchildren in Tartesso. The house was clean and lovely. The floors were beautiful. We had no trouble with the combo lock on front door. When I reached out to homeowner with a question, she responded immediately.

Our stay at this home was a sorta sad time... We had a rememberance of life for my son ... he passed away 12/01/2024..It was very large and the TV was huge,,, quiet neighborhood Just exactly what was needed at the time we needed it.. We are all over 50years of age and there were NO safty bars in the showers safty rick and NO towel racks in the bathrooms to hang hand towels onWe told the lady that took care of the house about the curl up rugs All in all it was a fantastic place to stay
We rented this home for the 2nd time this year. The location is great for our family. The house was dirtier than it was on our last visit. The furniture was dusty enough to write in and there was hair in the owner's shower and sink. Later I found an empty beer can under the owner's bed along with a plastic egg. I understand this was under the bed, along with dust, but it just confirmed that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. This made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. The house had 4-5 other items that need to be repaired (I was forewarned that the previous renters broke the coat hanger/seat.). I found it interesting that the guest bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder on our first visit in April and was simply missing from the wall on this visit (November). The house needs either more love or more attention to detail. I can't determine if this is an owner problem or a management problem.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for staying with us — twice this year! I’m truly sorry your recent visit didn’t meet the experience you deserved. I completely understand your concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, and I sincerely apologize. We’ve been having some challenges with our management company, which handles cleaning and upkeep, and I’m addressing your feedback with them directly so future stays are spotless and comfortable. We deeply appreciate your loyalty and honesty, and it means a lot to us that your family chose to return. I hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back and provide the care and attention you should always expect."
Your house was clean, cozy, and homey. You had many amenities available to us. However, the home appeared as though you moved out quickly and didn't quite have time to set up for renters (hardly any dish/sink soap and no refill provided, toilet paper hold not properly installed, no kitchen garbage can (at least not an appropriate size for a kitchen), there was an air mattress in the 'game' room but no bedding for it, not garbage bags available for outside garbage can, no matches to light the BBQ charcoal, etc.. None of that is really required, but it would have been nice to know that before we grocery shopped at the store 20 minutes away from the house. We made it work and our time with family was great. Thank you for opening your home.
