Unit has an excellent view of the marina. Furnishing were adequate but well used and it showed. Maintenance schedule is required. Current handyman needs to show more attention to detail for accomodation asking top pricing. Managing agent does request tenants to inform them of any maintenance items. Are inspections being undertaken after each tenancy end. List of items needing attention provided to agent.Darwin and NT are a must visit.

Fabulous location

The apartment was amazing and we wished we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the dish washer wasn’t working when we were there and there was a couple of ants around the apartment throughout but it is tropical Darwin so can be understood. The view every morning was unbelievable, would stay here again.
