What started with just a couple of family properties has grown into a small, hands on team that lives, works, and plays in the same streets and beaches our guests come to enjoy.

We are not a big corporate agency, we are local people who know the area and the homes we manage. You will often find us checking properties ourselves, meeting trades on site, and making sure each home is guest ready, rather than relying on cleaners alone to do the property management work.

Swansea sits at the entrance to Lake Macquarie, where the lake flows out to the Pacific Ocean. Guests can enjoy calm lake waters for kayaking, paddleboarding and family swims, as well as easy access to surf beaches like Blacksmiths and Caves Beach just a few minutes away.

With Swansea Channel, nearby boat ramps and plenty of foreshore, the area is a favourite for boating, sailing and fishing, from casual jetty fishing to serious offshore trips. Lake Macquarie is Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake, so there’s always somewhere sheltered to explore.
