Amazing very spacious quiet convenient garden apartment in central London

My place is great as it is a stylish and spacious ground floor garden apartment located in a trendy but safe and quiet tree-lined street close to plenty of transport options to central London. A great clean, safe and quiet place to visit London or a home away from home. There are a range of trendy cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as supermarkets and public transport. The nearest train station is only at the end of the road (about 2 minutes walk).

You will be surprised by how comfortable and quiet the apartment is with a large living room, double bedroom, large kitchen and dining area, large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, conservatory and back garden to enjoy during your stay!

Most guests are surprised by just how large and quiet the apartment is even though it is in a very convenient location for central London. Oxford Circus can be reached in 15 minutes!

The apartment has everything you might need on a short stay in London and is a super relaxing place to rest after exploring the city.

If travelling with children we can provide an air mattress but recommend a maximum of 2 adults.

This flat is everything it states to be. Praveen was very accommodating. He was always very responsive to any questions I had. This was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. It was very centrally located so getting around was simple. I highly recommend this flat. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Praveen for all your hospitality.

The good and the not so good

The good: Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The not so good: Was instructed NOT to touch the thermostat, it was set at 18 C, we froze the first three days until we could reach the owner. Flies in the bathroom, sprayed with insect killer inside and out around the windows in the backyard, flies still entered the bathroom, had to keep the bathroom door shut so flies would be sequestered in the bathroom. Smell in kitchen, found that the smell came from the sink. Owner insisted his mother come over and check apartment to check up on us, we didn't want mama to come over. No coffee maker, asked if I could be reimbursed with no reply, took that as a no and bought one anyway. Left coffee maker at apartment for future guests. Living room curtains does not close all the way, big gap where they don't meet. Backyard not kept up, could not go out there to relax. Front yard full of trash cans, boxes. Entry way to apartment from street so over grown you almost need a machate to gain entry. The wood floor is so slippery, that numerous times we almost fell on our butts. DON'T STEP ON THE BUTTON RUG WHEN GETTING UP FROM COUCH, YOU'LL SLIDE WITH THE CARPET ACROSS THE LIVING ROOM. No curtains in kitchen. Full view of inside by neighbors at night. Personally, I would not stay at this apartment again.
