Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $350.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
**No events, parties, or large gatherings**
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Great for two couples or small family with good location in Vail Village - easy 5 minute walk to Gondola, shops and restaurants. Jacuzzi and heated pool helped after a day of skiing!
Great overall experience. VRBO ad was accurate, check in & out was easy. Very clean & well kept condo. Location was great in the Vail Village area. I hope to stay there again.

Awesome location in Vail Village!
We had an amazing time in Vail! We came for our daughters 21st birthday and could not have had a better time! The condo was in the best location for skiing, shopping, eating, nightlife, and hiking!
Great location in Vail Village - easy 5 minute walk to Gondola and around the corner from shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and well furnished, though dated.
Ellen McKibben with Vail Valley Real Estate provided nice and easy experience with accommodations. This location is close to everything, and right on the bus line. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Although very cute, the condo was a little tired and could use a bit of extra deep cleaning especially in the bathrooms. Overall we thought is was a good value for the money.
We enjoyed our stay at 9 Vail Road with family. It is in the perfect location for walking around Vail and Lionshead. The condo doesn’t have air conditioning, but fans are provided. It worked perfect for us and we would highly recommend it.

Great spot in the heart of Vail - no need for a car!
Easy in and out w/ the owners, and a great home base for a week spent in Vail. Easy stroll to the slopes, stores, anything in the village, and across the street from a shuttle stop so we got a ride whenever it was too cold. See you next year!
