Welcome to our spacious, modernised, large fully equipped holiday home for families and large groups. Enjoy being in such a handy location. Take a 2 minute walk to Cromwell Heritage Precinct and enjoy the shops, cafes and historical charm there or start on the bike trail and head around the lake. Walk into the heart of Cromwell with just a 10 minute walk. We have a playground, fields and school all within 1 minute. Feel at home in our fully fenced five bedroom three storey house. Enjoy open plan living areas, a beautiful outdoor area with a bbq and even a movie theatre. Take a well earned rest and relax in the conservatory. The TVs have Netflix available and enjoy the wifi as well. Our house offers two beautiful master bedroom options both with walk in robes and super king beds. Another bedroom also has a great super king bed. Another two bedrooms, one with 2 sets of single bunk beds designed for kids and the other with 2 sets of king single bunk beds and 1 set of single bunks. The home is heated and cooled with a heat pump and you can also keep on top of your washing in the laundry as well. Linen is included in the price but beds are not made up. The sheets are left in the rooms for you or feel free to bring sleeping bags.

Excellent place to stay. Close to old town. Rebecca the host was wonderful to deal with. Stayed with a group of friends and look forward to coming back next year.
We stayed as a group of 13 for dog agility champs, this was perfect split across 3 levels, kitchen well supplied, and great having toilets separate to the bathrooms. Nice and warm with the cold snap and snow! We all had dogs and this was communicated prior to be arranged, perfect property close to the historic area and a short walk to a park on the corner for the dogs. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
This place is even better and bigger than the photos! Super comfy sofas and beds, massive kitchen, 8 seater dining table, lovely outdoor social area too with a big log burner, heaps of firewood too, massive speaker in the house, heaps of crockery/glassware. The house was very clean on arrival and had lots of amenities already there ie toilet roll, dishwasher tabs. Great communication with host too who let us have a late check out which we very much appreciated.
