Best location in Narrabeen 100 metres from the lake and beach. A beautiful modern hamptons home with 5 bedrooms, cedar outdoor spa and outdoor shower. Three bathrooms, modern kitchen, two large living areas, an outdoor undercover living area with balinese fan and daybed.

Directly opposite Narrabeen lagoon and a flat 100m walk to the beach. Free use of Surfboards, SUP boards and fishing kayaks.

Narrabeen is one of Sydneys best surf beaches and we are located only 15 mins from Manly.

False and misleading advertising

We booked this holiday home over Easter 2025 with family coming from three states. The location is fantastic but the advertising of the actual house is very misleading.The pictures look amazing high-quality furniture and linens. Something we always look for in our holiday stays. A home away from home needs to be same standards. Unfortunately, this is not the case in this instance. None of the furniture is the same as in the advertising. It is all misplaced old furniture covered in throws. All of the beds were uncomfortable, rickety and one was even a type of futon mattress. The bed linen was sparse, as were towels. One queen bed had a single doona inside the queen cover. Cleanliness was poor. Finding the owner’s belongings down the side of beds, dirty towels under outdoor furniture to note a few examples.Stayz slogan - “it isn’t a holiday unless you get the whole home”Two days before arrival we were informed by the host that there was a tenant on site and we should respect their privacy. The tenant certainly didn’t respect our privacy when walking through the back garden to the granny flat and looking through the main dining room windows straight at us.
