Immaculate, clean and very warm accommodation for a great stay in central Rotorua.

House was fantastic and a short walk to park and playground was perfect for balancing all the activities available in Rotorua with some quieter outdoor play for the kids. Highly recommend!

House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and would use again in the future too. Thank you Michelle for great communication before our stay also.

We found the house made to measure for our needs. Relaxing and comfortable with top rate amenities. The house is only 4 years old and designed superbly for storing bikes and excellent garage space. The spa is premium and we enjoyed meeting the friendly neighbour who also rides. Definitely al 7 of us felt we would return “in a heart beat.”

Just a short stay for us and it suited our needs perfectly. Great location with a few minutes from Golf Course and only 10mins to the lake front. Lovely and clean.
