Downtown Santa Monica houses

Great property, had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Super quiet neighbourhood. Very easy walk to so many places.

This IS DEFINITELY the best beach location in Santa Monica. What a find!! Our host Daryl was quick and great to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. The place was perfect for us. We were travelling with my son who is 25 and the setup suited us perfectly. It had absolutely everything you needed along with more personal touches such as coffee / snacks left for you to enjoy. It was extremely clean, light, airy and comfortable, but the best thing was the Location / location / Location. Close to the beach / Pier and downtown Santa Monica it was absolutely perfect. I will certainly be recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks Dayle - a perfect finish to our holiday

We enjoyed our stay here very much - the accommodation was lovely with quality furnishings and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lorna has thought of lots of details and was a great host. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace in the mornings, and taking the 10-15min walk down to the beach each day, which is through a nice neighbourhood. Although the house is close to Santa Monica Blvd it's also in an area that has a nice peaceful residential feel to it. The accommodation itself is not a big space but well laid out and very comfortable.We'd definitely come back and stay again if we're in LA.
