Very nice place to stay, very quiet, clean and tidy. So well stocked.

Property was excellent - comfortable, luxurious, and well-equipped. Awesome views from the balcony. It is ideal for chilling out or meditating.

Amazing home that felt like we were secluded in Tuscany. Lots of beautiful art. We had a wonderful stay as a family and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home is a short walk from the nearby bay. We did have noisy neighbours one night so I’d recommend putting in a complaint sooner than later to the council if it happens again ;) Also note that the bay doesn’t have rubbish collection so you need to take rubbish with you.

We had a wonderful time at 401. The hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly. The location is magical, right by the Queen Charlotte track and right next door to Outward Bound.

Hosts go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Love the vibe of the tiny home. Gorgeous spot, peaceful location. Definitely recommend
