Great location, cute cottage with everything you need. Owners were lovely, lots of extra touches with thoughtfully stocked breakfast supplies. Quiet and relaxing. Had a blast with my dog Vox, exploring the great walks 2mins away. Thanks for a lovely weekend (and lots of pats for Vox).

Exactly what it says in the listing. Not polished or flash but cosy and full of character in a lovely setting, close to walks in the gorge, op shops in Paeroa and the Te Aroha thermal pools. Felt very welcome and nothing like an outdoor bath under the stars!

The house and cabins allowed my family of 15 to enjoy time together but also have their own space. The garden is beautiful with spaces to relax and play games. The owner is lovely and communication easy.

Overall our stay was pleasant however I would recommend a sound bar for tv as the quality wasn’t very good and some ice cube trays and access to the property’s garbage bin for easier cleaning for guests
