Great spot, beautiful outlook over the Wellington harbour and perfect central location

Lovely spacious, light-filled studio room with views across the street and to trees beyond. Good size kitchenette and we appreciated the milk and tea bags. We also appreciated the early check-in. The weak point of this place is the bathroom handbasin. It is tiny and there is no vanity bench.Also can I suggest some new coat hangers? You'll see from the listed photos that the outside steps are steep, which is not necessarily a problem but there are two things to look out for. Firstly, the depth of the tread. It is very narrow so you have to walk sideways otherwise you'll tear the leather off the back of your shoes. Secondly, there is no handrail. That said, the room has a great heat pump so it's lovely and warm. The bed is super comfortable with good linen and there are plenty of fluffy towels. It's conveniently located close enough to the airport and the city centre - both an easy Uber ride away. The Hataitai village shops are within easy walking distance.Shelley was good to deal with and she responded quickly to my questions.We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location. 7 big adults and still had room. House was nice and clean with everything we needed. Easy check in. Easy to get a hold of host. Awsome stay. 100% recommended to anyone with a big group.Thank you to the host.
