Townhouse was perfect size for 2 adults 2 children. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Parking fantastic and landscaping excellent. Really nice to not be in a row of uninteresting buildings. Felt property had had a lot of thought into design of complex. Perfect situation for bus into town, riverwalks,excellent supermarket close by. Would most definitely book again.

So nice to stay in a "real" house. Comfortable and charming for us and our fur baby. So convenient for town facilities. So good, we have already booked it for our next trip to Christchurch in a month's time.

Only problem we had was using the key code to open the door as I was sent one code and it was changed, I wasn’t aware of the change until I realised that I had been sent a second key code, which worked
