A spacious apartment set well located. Easy walk to Melbourne central, the theatres and so many great restaurants. Car park and 25m lap pool an added bonus. All bedrooms upstairs, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 3rd bedroom with double bed is a bunk and 3rd bathroom downstairs, so possibly suited to 2 couples plus kids rather than 3 couples.

Great location, perfect for 4 adults. only thing was damp washing was left in the dryer. it would have smelt for the next lot of people so we dried it.
