The Preserve Resort holiday homes

This property is the highest and last house at the end of the community. As such, there's a great view from both balconies and only one real neighbor near you. The house has an interesting layout that somewhat connects first and second floors. The upper floor is essentially one big loft with pool table, multiple video games and sleeping quarters for 5+ people. That also was the one watch-out. Aside from the master bedroom, everyone else sleeps in room together and its the same room you play in. So my 19 year old daughter probably preferred privacy and we all decided to go bed at the same time since even the tv room is connected to the game room and she's a light sleeper. We didn't hear many complaints and generally everyone spent the evenings playing games together which is what we hope for in a vacation. Drive in is twisty and tad steep at some points so I would definitely heed the 4WD and chains warning if you think you'll be in TN during snow/ice. Completely dry during our visit and we still drove pretty slow on the last 2 miles.
