It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a dining kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and hob. In the dining room there is a sofa bed for two people. It also has a terrace overlooking the sea. For the comfort of travelers there is also a washing machine and television with French and international channels.
It is in the center of Santa Margarita, Rosas. It has all the facilities around it; supermarket, pharmacy, pond, bakery, ice cream shop, bars ...
It is located 25 meters from the beach, next to the promenade and overlooking the bay of Rosas.

Appartement bien situé à Santa Margarita

Le propriétaire est agréable tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. L'emplacement est pratique pour l'accès aux commerces et à la plage. La résidence est sécurisée mais un peu bruyante. La construction est assez ancienne et l'insonorisation s'en ressent..La surface est un peu juste, même pour 2 personnes et il manque la climatisation. Le parking est resté globalement accessible

Aufenthalt war ein bisschen beengt da angeben wurde Wohnung für 4 Personen aber leider sehr eng bei 2 Erwachsenden und 2 17 jährigen. Ansonst war alles gut. Gab ein paar Mängel welche auch sofort vehoben wurden. Für Familien mit Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet

Situation idéale pour visiter la région et de la plage. Appartement agréable, près de la plage. Seule petite difficulté, parfois il est difficile de trouver une place dans le parking. Propriétaire très disponible.

appartement à améliorer

Très bien placé et propre mais des améliorations auraient rendu le séjour plus agréable surtout le clic clac qui est à changer que ce soit pour dormir ou même s'assoir il est très inconfortable et il manque des accessoires ( fer à repasser balai ou aspirateur rape à fromage essoreuse à salade ventilateur mais les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description, aucune surprise. Nous avons un bon accueil. La personne est présente sur le site. Le balcon terrasse est appréciable et l'exposition est parfaite. Il est très bien placé, les commerces de proximité sont pour tous les goûts et budget. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour, mon fils de 6 ans s'est régalé.
