Great relaxation. Beautiful Tuscan countryside. The litttle town of Monticiano is nearby with a wonderful restaurant called DaVestro. If u are looking to relax, this is the perfect place for 2.

We loved it

The garden is big and prescious, we enjoyed every bit of it! The house has everything you need for a cosy stay, even if its raining. If you want some privacy and long for a place to calw down, this is where you should stay. In case of boredom, there is a lovely piazza in monticiano, where you can find a bar, restaurant and supermarket during off-season. To get there its a ten minutes walk.

Peaceful little hideaway

I loved my stay at Simonetta’s little place. A hidden gem. It was very relaxing and perfect for wedding I was attending in Monticiano. I walked and used public transport although Simonetta did recommend hiring a car. Simonetta and her son were very kind to assist me with my arrival and check in to make sure I found the place okay. This place is perfect for nature lovers, with a beautiful outlook. I can highly recommend. Grazie Simonetta!

Quiet Tuscan Retreat

We could not have been happier with our stay here. Simonetta greeted us on arrival and was very sweet. She explained how things work and gave us a quick tour, as well as letting us know she would be available if we needed anything else. We were pleasantly surprised to find an actual queen bed instead of a futon that we thought we would be on. The bathroom had also been recently renovated. The entire cottage was very clean. The view out back is beautiful! We were able to walk into town in less then 10 minutes which was perfect. The location was very convenient for touring throughout the region, close to Siena, Volterra, San Gigminano and only an hour from the coast. Would definitely recommend!

Well, have been in that little “House on the Prayer” was the most Wonderful experience I have ever had. Love nature and being around and in the middle of It and the landscape and just for me for 12 nights, I made that home like it was mine. Simonetta was incredible with me, I got little sink and she came to check how I was doing. She was awesome. I felt like I was at my own home. The hose is lovely. Molto grazie Simonetta Io ame la tua casa. Hai una bella casa, ho vissuto il mio sogno e mi sono sentita anche a casa. Grazie di tutto. Ciao

La signora Simo etta è stata gentilissima e accogliente. Il check in e il check out molto semplici. La casa era come descritta: piccola ma molto ben tenuta. Il giardino veramente grande e ben tenuto: Aron, il nostro boxer è stato molto felicedi poterci correre. Non ho dato il massimo solo per il letto: scomodo.

Tolles Häuschen in der Natut

Sehr idyllisch und ruhig! Das Häuschen bietet alles was man braucht. Simonetta hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es bietet ein großes Grundstück und die Hunde können sich austoben! Einfach schön!

Mieliśmy bardzo udany listopadowy pobyt w cichym, czystym i cieplym miejscu , pośród toskańskiej przyrody,, z dala od miejskiego hałasu który mamy na codzień mieszkając w dużym mieście. Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam

Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort zum Erholen

Wunderbare Lage eines kleinen Häuschens mit superschönem Garten! Gangabstand zu nettem kleinem Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bar usw. Wundervolle Landschaft außenrum zum Wandern und Joggen und Genießen - einziges kleines Manko: die Küche könnte etwas praktischer eingerichtet/ausgestattet sein. Schneidbrett, Ruhrbesen, Wasserkoche z.B. wären gut vor Ort. Aber sonst allea bestens!!

Locatie onvindbaar zonder hulp buren, geen bewegwijzering of routebeschrijving. Romantisch ogend huisje in de online advertentie maar: interieur huisje matig, kuil in matras, douchekop kapot, afvoer douche verstopt, Wc bril los ed. Uitzicht en tuin prachtig.

Una garanzia come sempre

Ottima esperienza come sempre, è la terza volta che alloggiamo qui. Qualche intoppo con la fauna locale, prontamente comunica alla disponibilissima host che sicuramente rimedierà. Torneremo e consigliamo a tutti, soprattutto per amici a 4 zampe.
