This luxurious apartment is located next to the Retiro Park, one of the best areas of the city of Madrid and strategically located to visit the main points of interest of the city.

The apartment recently renovated, has 3 bedrooms, each with its bathroom en suite and a large living room for 6 people with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven / microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

Guests have at their disposal two bicycles, which are stored in the entrance hall of the apartment itself to tour the Retiro Park.

The apartment has been renovated with high quality materials and has a modern, warm and functional decoration, with details that elevate this space to the highest level, at the height of the privileged area where it is located.

Perfect Stay with Great Location and Excellent Communication

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's VRBO! The location is great. Everything you need is within walking distance, from amazing restaurants to fun local spots. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Javier was fantastic at communicating, making sure all our questions were answered quickly and that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great spot with easy access to everything!

Great location, fine apartment, wonderful stay

Been here with my wife and our four children. Our stay in this apartment was great. The position is wonderful: just in front of Retiro, close to nice restaurants and shops. The centre of the city can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is at the first floor of a nice historical building, all the rooms facing on internal courts. For this reason, despite not having brilliant views, the apartment is silent and the traffic on the main road cannot be heard. The apartment is made of 3 rooms with double beds, 2 of them including bathrooms, a standalone bathroom, a living room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, bidets are available, which is a disgrace for anyone who cares about personal care. A couple of bikes are offered as part of the rent. The furniture is new and we found everything clean. The host Javier has been extremely helpful and the communication with him easy and effective. We definitely recommend this place
