Located on the garden side of a beautiful recent and secure condominium, in the Antigone - New town hall, banks of the Lez district, this apartment is quiet and overlooks greenery. Less than 150m away, you have two tram stations, boardwalks set up for Lez promenade and a super market.

Appartement conforme au descriptif sur l'annonce

Appartement idéalement placé pour les déplacements en transports en communs ou à pied.Proximité du centre ville, de la verdure. Quartier calme . Le propriétaire met à disposition un parking en sous sol très apprécié. Le propriétaire accepte les animaux domestiques ce qui est rare et mérite d'être souligné.Je recommande cet appartement et remercie le propriétaire pour la confiance qu'il nous à accordé et sa spontanéité. Montpellier grande métropole ou tout est organisé pour passer un séjour agréable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Seul bémol, le canapé lit qui n'et pas du tout confortable pour dormir.

Cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado

El apartamento responde a lo descrito en el anuncio. Es confortable y limpio y no hubo ningún problema de comunicación con el propietario, al revés fue muy cordial. Aunque no está en el centro, pero está muy cerca de paradas de tranvía que en 5 min te llevan ahí y sin embargo se encuentra en un sitio de fácil acceso (entrar y salir de la ciudad si se realizan excursiones durante la estancia). Es una buena opción para ir en familia de 1 o 2 críos.

Prestation décevante.

Accueil sympathique du propriétaire. A notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas du tout été fait : le propriétaire l'a honnêtement reconnu, a ramené une alèse propre pour la banquette-lit pour remplacer celle qui était tachée et nous a même dédommagé. En nettoyant nous-mêmes nous avons pu constater que ce n'était pas ponctuel mais que le ménage n'avait pas été réellement fait à fond depuis longtemps (dessous de lit et banquette, toilettes sales et entartrées,...). Les photos ne correspondent pas à l'état actuel de l'appartement : peintures nécessitant un rafraichissement, patio en friche, ... L'appartement est très chaud car enclavé dans le patio. La climatisation d'appoint bruyante ne permet de rafraîchir qu'une seule pièce à la fois et rend alors la loggia impraticable. La prestation proposée ne justifie aucunement les 4 étoiles affichées par le site Abritel.

Bel appartement, très propre et bien achalandé rien ne manque. Propriétaires très sympas. Nous avons séjournés 3 semaines(du 13 juin au 04 juillet,avec la période de canicule) et sans demande de notre part, le propriétaire nous a apporté un climatiseur neuf qui nous a permis de bien dormir notamment. Si nous devions revenir à Montpellier(très belle ville) nous n'hésiterions pas de reprendre cet appartement proche des arrêts de tramways et avec un petit supermarché à 200m. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
