Beautiful villa located in Jávea in a quiet urbanization with beautiful views of a pine forest, 5 'by car from the Arenal beach, shops and supermarkets. It has a private pool of 8m / 4m and all amenities. There are a total of 4 rooms (3 double and one double for children with a trundle bed). All are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold, fan, mosquito nets, sheets and towels. The capacity is 8 people plus a baby (there is a cot and high chair). The house is 2 levels. On the highest level there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and double for children), 2 bathrooms (one of them has a bathtub), living room with SmartTV (possibility to watch Netflix, HBO, Youtube, ..) , Wifi, wood stove, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, etc ...) and two verandas with chillout area and dining room). On the pool level is the fourth room with its own bathroom, a large terrace with a covered part, outdoor shower, garden lounge, table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers with towels. The summer kitchen has a gas barbecue, a refrigerator and a washing machine.
During the winter months, to make your stay more pleasant, we have at your disposal the wood stove, a gas stove, hot air conditioning in all the rooms and electric heaters in the bathrooms.
