Newcastle and Durham are accessible by local bus or taxi (15 minutes) and the property is very close to the Angel of the North and Beamish Museum. Hadrian’s Wall and the Coast are easily reached too by car. Cycle routes are accessible directly from the house. Durham’s International Cricket Ground at Chester-le-Street is 5 minutes by car.
With a games room, large reception rooms, and a formal dining room the house is ideal for large family gatherings or friends get-togethers.
