Villa Vita is located in the panoramic hill overlooking the Assisi valley and the Medieval Fortress, just 3 km from the Basilica of San Francesco. The property (built in 2017), is beautifully furnished in a minimal style, and offers 3 double bedrooms all with their own bathroom inside; a large bright living room thanks to the sliding French doors that overlook the garden towards the panorama; a large fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool (with whirlpool and floating beds) has a spectacular panoramic view; water heating is on request with extra payment. In addition to the deck chairs for sunbathing, in the garden you will find a comfortable lounge with a barbecue, a table for eating outside and a ping pong game. The property has wifi coverage both inside and outside in the garden, private parking, video surveillance cameras towards the outside of the entrance gates, iPAD to manage with the home automation system music, air conditioning, lights and heating of the house. Other amenities that you will find at your disposal in the Villa: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and classic oven, crystal glasses and all necessary dishes and tablecloths, American and classic cafeteria, kettle for herbal tea and tea, bath towels, towels and shower , and a bathroom courtesy kit (soap, shower gel etc).
