Harbour Haven By the Sea – Meters to the Beach!

In a fantastic location just 30 seconds to beautiful Viking Bay, Harbour Haven is a three bedroom, two bathroom Grade II listed Georgian house in the heart of Broadstairs and within easy walking distance to everything that Broadstairs has to offer.

Comfortable and cosy whatever the season, Harbour Haven can accommodate up to six people and is an ideal base to relax and explore Broadstairs and the surrounding areas.

Harbour Haven has been sympathetically modernised to become a practical family home whilst retaining its original charm.

Offering a relaxed vibe, which is just perfect for a wind-down weekend or a family holiday. There is a wealth of things to do locally, but for those times when you do just want to stay in there are board games, TVs, DVDs, and a lovely garden with a BBQ.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are three double bedrooms to chose from.
The Master bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed and pretty partial views of Viking Bay.
Bedroom two also has a king size bed, and bedroom three has a double bed and en-suite shower room/wc. All of the bedrooms have Smart TVs with DVD players.
The large main bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also an additional toilet on the lower ground floor.

KITCHEN & DINING
On the lower ground floor is the beautiful kitchen with solid oak worktops, fitted in Autumn 2018. It has everything that you could need including: a Rangemaster range cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer plus drinks fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. With underfloor heating leading through to the dining room with a six seater dining table and smart TV.

LIVING & (MAYBE) WORKING
There are two living rooms, the front room is a great place to people watch or watch the world go by. The rear living room has ample sofas, a 50" smart TV and DVD player. This leads onto a beautiful solid wood conservatory with a desk and printer, should you need to work. And of course, there is wifi!

Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
A lovely decked rear garden with a 6 seater table and Outback BBQ.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes to help prevent damage to our carpets. Our close proximity to the beach means that sandy shoes/feet are inevitable.
Please make sure that all guests rinse off sand before entering, there are taps/showers at each of the beach, and a hose outside the kitchen window.
Please do not sit on the furniture with sunscreen on, and if using the spray type, please do not apply this indoors or on the decking.

We had a lovely time in the gorgeous house it is beautiful and a great position. We had a small baby with us and it was fine as we bought everything with us . The outdoor space is lovely too. There are a lot of stairs!! Overall it is a great place to stay

Just perfect!

We did not want to leave! Such a beautiful house, no detail was missed for an amazing family break. Location is great very central, and for the lighter sleepers ear plugs are provided 😊 Parking is available nearby and the property is so clean and full of character.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a really lovely, relaxing weekend. The house is situated in the centre of the town and so easy to get to all the shops, pubs, restaurants etc.

Fantastic Beach House

We LOVED this property. It really was wonderful having all the comforts of home, and these people have thought of EVERYTHING! It was decorated beautifully and had space for everyone. The master bathroom was huge and we loved the victorian claw foot tub. The conservatory was lovely and the back garden was a great place to host our family. Literally steps from the beach, and all the cute shops of Broadstairs. I would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying Broadstairs. The stair were a little steep but the owners let us know that before we booked. We'll definitely be booking again in the future!

Great location

Lovely old house, beautifully styled, has everything you need and a great location. Beds really comfy. There were 4 of us and we had a great short break. Broadstairs and near by ramsgate are fab places, definitely will go back. Car parks are expensive though.

We do like to be beside the seaside!

We had a fabulous stay at Harbour Haven, everything was as described and had some lovely items dotted around which made the property feel homely. The decked garden was perfect for breakfast or dinner with friends, the beds were comfortable and the showers hot! Another nice touch was the packets of earplugs for those sensitive to seagulls! Which to be honest were not that noisy. I would stay at Harbour Haven again and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Sara x
