Please note that there are two master bedrooms with the converted 1/2 of the garage into a second master suite. The ground floor master suite features a full bath with walk in shower, a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and a small fridge and a king size bed. The house is 4 bedroom / 3 bath. Please note that the new master has a private entrance from the outside and there are not inside stairs to the rest of the house.

The house also features an outside storage unit which is accessed via a keyless deadbolt with the same entry code as the rest of the house. We also provide a beach cart (pulled by hand) to take your stuff to and from the beach.

It is just a short walk to the Sandpoint beach walk-over or the neighborhood pool when you rent this new, gorgeous, fully furnished, 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with ocean and pool views and 3 outside decks.

This fantastic 3 story house has it all with stainless appliances, 6 top table, bar top, BlueRay & DVD, wireless hi-speed internet, and flat screen televisions in every room! Perfect for a party of 8-10, it has 2 kings, 1 queen, two twin beds (in the same bedroom) and 1 full size bed - an adorable full-sized Murphy bed (wall bed).

There is also a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen and Keurig mini in the downstairs master bedroom for guest to use so bring your favorite K-cups.

The home is located just a few steps from the Beach Lodge, the only breakfast and hamburger joint on the beach in Port A. There is an outdoor shower for cleaning up when you come in from the beach.

The popular Sandpoint subdivision is in town and close enough to bike to town for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. The pool, hot tub, beach walk-over, and park next to the pool are all available for Sandpoint homeowners and renters.

The home features gulf views from the second level deck and pool and panoramic gulf and channel views from the spacious third level deck. Along with the other amenities you also have use of the charcoal grill and picnic table. There are also a few beach towels that guest are welcome to use.

The floor plan for this home is: Entering the home on second level above the garage there is an open living, dining, and kitchen area. There are (inside) stairs from the back of the living room to a second level with 2 bedrooms which share a full bath with double vanities. The stairs continue up to the large master suite which has it's own balcony and access to a large rooftop deck. The master bath features double vanities and a walk-in shower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one of the second level bedrooms, two twins in the other second level bedroom, and a full sized murphy bed in the living room. On the ground level there is a master suite with a king bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and small fridge and a full bath with a walk in shower. As detailed before the master suite on the ground floor has a private outside entrance.

The beach is about 300 yards from the house - there is a walking path and a beach walkover at the end of the subdivision. In the photo labeled 'view of neighborhood pool from spacious third level deck' on this website the beach walkover is located next to the green house in the background past the pool.
