This beautiful, contemporary and sunny Briarwood home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lanai with 26' pool and spa overlooking a deep yard view to the lake beyond. The open-plan house has a large 'Great Room' with 16' glass sliding doors overlooking the 26' pool and spa and lake beyond. The private, over-sized deck area has been extended at the rear, and on both sides, to give a variety of spaces to soak up Florida sunshine all day and enjoy some stunning sunsets over the lake. Palm trees and foliage add to the atmosphere and feel of privacy. The Great Room has modern, comfortable seating, original artwork and a new 55" smart TV and sound system.

The dining area has comfortable seating for up to 8 people and the modern well-equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer/ice maker, ceramic hob/oven, microwave, coffee machine and more. The utility room has a large washing machine, separate dryer and basin.

The light and contemporary Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and features a king (6 ft) bed with ensuite corner bath, 'his and hers' basins, separate shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features another king (6ft) bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a sunny and light room overlooking the pool and has a queen (5ft) bed and a bathroom shared with bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 has twin (2x3ft) beds. All the bedrooms have wooden floors, ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs.

The south west-facing lanai has a ceiling fan, dimmable lighting, wicker and glass outdoor table and chairs, loungers and a gas barbecue. Music can be played through the smart tvs.

There are 2 bicycles, tennis racquets, a selection of beach chairs and toys, a beach canopy and cooler for guests to use, all stored in the two-car garage.

Briarwood is a well-cared for, family-friendly, beautifully-landscaped gated community, with great community facilities including two tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a lap pool and fun pool, and a play area for younger children. It is ideally located within fifteen minutes of stunning beaches, 5th Avenue style, Olde Naples charm, restaurants, amazing shopping, golf and wonderful family activities.

Awesome neighborhood

Over all it was nice. We love the fact they have pickle ball courts down at the community pool. One negative problem we seem to have every year is the lack of communication between the management company and gate house having guests come through. Hope it’s better next year.

ThIs rental doesn’t feel like a rental - it immediately feels like your home. The setting is magnificent to enjoy all aspects of Florida living. Sophisticated and yet very comfortable decor. House well supplied - kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys , 2 adult bikes, & tennis rackets. The gated community is beautifully landscaped and great for walking and riding bikes. 15 minutes to great beaches and outstanding restaurants and shopping. The owner is a terrific with communication. Highly recommend and we will return!

WONDERFUL LOCATION!!!

We travel often to Naples and usually stay at a particular hotel. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, that was not a viable option. Having a house to ourselves was a wonderful, comfortable experience!! The house was exceptionally clean and the pool was our highlight. Prior to our trip, Philip was extremely attentive by email to our questions which we were very grateful for. We had a couple of minor issues early into our stay, and Katja, their local host could not have been more responsive!!! The gated community was beautiful and very well kept. We felt very secure with this added privacy. Again, thank you, we had a wonderful time!!!

Great house and location!

What a great house! The layout is perfect for a family, couples or friends. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we totally used them daily (no heat required!!) Just bubbles are fun. There is the biggest collection of beach chairs, toys, coolers etc we have ever seen in many years of renting vacation homes. Much appreciated for our many trips to the beach. Also there is a super plentiful supply of beach/pool towels. Owner was super easy to deal with and Katja the local contact was super friendly and very efficient from greeting us after arrival to helping with a couple of issues. The Briarwood neighborhood is beautiful. All houses are well maintained and it being a gated community it’s super safe. My daughter and I walked or cycled almost daily early mornings. The bikes were a wonderful added bonus at the house. This is a well equipped house and great location for several beaches, Coastland Mall (for rainy or non beach days) golf courses and of course downtown Naples and a million and one great restaurants for all tastes. Totally recommend this property.

It’s the little things that count

The villa was as described however the small touches; hand wash, detergent, toilet rolls, numerous towels, ideas for restaurants, activities just made us instantly feel more relaxed after 12hours of flying & driving. The villa is close to numerous amenities including some wonderful restaurants and tours. We chose this villa for several reasons; location, gated community, heated pool/spa…there was an ongoing issue which the owner is aware of and is going to address. The owner has been very responsive to our communications which is appreciated.

A wonderful stay in Naples

We stayed at the Blairs lovely home for 3 weeks in March. We found it to be a very comfortable home with a gorgeous pool area in a great location in Naples. A short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Katja, the manager was a delight to work with from welcome to check out. It was very hard to leave and we hope to back next year!

A nice Florida break

The property is very accurately represented in the listing and photos. Good location with easy access to groceries, shopping, beach and Old Naples. The owner was very responsive. There were a few glitches when we arrived, which were quickly handled by the house manager and the host. That means a lot! Kitchen was well-equipped (except no can opener that we could find) and easy to use. We enjoyed the pool, especially once the weather improved! We know that mattresses preferences are very individual, but we did find the beds too soft for us. And all beds had the same level of firmness, so there were no options to choose from. Overall, it was a nice break from our cold autumn.

Fabulous peaceful private setting

This property is more impressive than the photos present. Large, clean and modern with large open floor plan. The master bedroom suite is amazing. The master bath with massive shower is a show stopper! The lanai and pool area are spacious and very private. Convenient to all that is Naples. What a beautiful property. We hope to return again someday.

2021 Family Vaca

Well this was our first time ever visiting Florida. The house was amazing but must say we were a little disappointed that the insuite tub did not work even though we were told it did then when contacted host was told why I would want to take a bath in the first place. My family and I are from New England and a hot bath even on a summer night is not an out of the ordinary thing. There was candles all around but was quickly disappointed when we found out it wasn't happening. Also hot tub heater does not work and for the 9 days we were there Noone ever came by to clean pool. Again this house was amazing but considering the amount we paid these things should not have been an issue.

Naples getaway

We had a great time during our 2 week stay. The house was spacious and clean. The lanai was heaven! We spent many days lounging by the pool surrounded by the beautiful palm trees and many nights sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed while we were there but the Katja was very responsive and they were fixed promptly. We also really appreciated all the recommendations for restaurants and activities that the owners provided.

Wonderful Naples Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day getaway in the Blair's lovely home in Naples. Philip was super responsive and helpful, sending us a list of their favorite activities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property manager was a delight and also equally responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome and "at home." The house was clean as a pin and gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The location was quite central and we were able to explore South Florida with ease. My kids and I had one of the best holidays ever and hope to return! Highly recommend this home!

Great Location

As always on Briarwood the location is great. The house was nice and the provision of beach equipment is excellent. Lovely large lanai for the evenings and a well equipped kitchen for any cooking needs. We really enjoyed our holiday.
