This townhouse is enviably located just a short walk to Carvoeiro center and the beach. Stylish and modern in design, the furnishings and decor are light and perfect for the sea front location.



There are two bedrooms, one with double bed there is a further twin bedroom. There is a bathroom on both the ground and first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern in design and has a small terrace to the exterior of the property. The apartment is fully double glazed and has electric shutters throughout. The sea views from the master bedroom are excellent and there is a small terrace to enjoy the view. From this room there is also access to large roof terrace with views of the town and sea.Externally, there is a large communal swimming pool (with seperate children's pool) sea and town views, sun beds and umbrellas.

The property benefits from secure underground parking.

We had a great stay at Katherine's place in Carvoeiro. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect with great views out over the sea and just 5 minutes walk down the hill to the beach and Carvoeiro itself. From chatting to the other owners onsite I understand the pool will shortly under go a refurb which will be great as its a little tired. It will enhance the stay even more. We will hopefully be back next year.

Lovely stay

My husband and our toddler stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to keep our toddler fed. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely town house

The property is well maintained and in a good location, steps up to the roof terrace are a bit daunting, especially if you are taking drinks etc up there. Lovely view from the balcony of the main bedroom Plenty of seating both inside and outside, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils.

Wonderful view and location

Lovely property, great location. I especially loved the fact you can hear the sea while sitting on the balcony. Quiet area, but in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach etc. The townhouse is well equipped and nicely furnished throughout. There isn't a shower on the ground floor as it says in the description, just a guest toilet, but that didn't bother us. All in all, I would definitely stay here again; Carvoeiro is one of the most beautiful places on the Algarve.

Great holiday in Carvoeiro once again. The townhouse was lovely, so clean and had everything we could need. The beds are rather small and are not as wide as normal single beds. The pool area is a little tired with many tiles missing from the pool and the sun beds are very dirty and could do with replacement.

Please leave a bottle of water for when guests arrive. Softer towels please, they were very rough ! Minor point but a mirror in the living room would be great
