My place is good for business travellers, couples, solo adventurers, families with or without children and big groups. It's less than 8 mins walk to Daghenam East Underground Station and 5 minutes by bus to Dagenham healthway underground station. The house consists of three comfortable bedrooms, living room, a kitchen, a bath room with a toilet upstairs, a shower room with a toilet downstairs, a large garden. Please note that the house is entirely for guests.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a top of the range brand new double bed and a very comfortable brand new mattress as well. A new wardrobe fitted with mirror is also for your use and a brand new comfortable single sofa. A bin is stationed beside your bed for your litters. To ensure a comfortable night's sleep, there is a dimmable touch lamp on each side of the bed. You will also be able to charge up to two USB phones or devices simultaneously. Bedroom 2 has two brand new top of the range single beds. It has the same features as bedroom one. Bedroom 3 has brand new top of the range single bed, side cabinet with a dimmable touch lamp.
The rooms are equipped with several power sockets and newly fitted radiators to keep you warm. The living room has a brand new top of the range L shaped sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed. There are two pillows and cases, duvet and a cover inside a compartment in the sofa.
The living room has a 50 inches flat screen TV with WiFi. You can enjoy both local and international channels. It has a brand new high spec dining room table and 6 chairs. The entire bedrooms, landing and stairs are fitted with new floor carpets and the living room with wood flooring. The entire house is fitted with brand new top of the range curtains.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new white kitchen cabinets and new appliances such as: brand newly fitted electric cooker with oven, brand new fridge/freezer with water dispenser, brand new washing machine, brand new dishwasher, brand new kettle, toaster, microwave, tea/cofee/sugar and bread compartments. It also has new cooking utensils and tableware including drinking glasses, wine glasses and mugs. In the house, there is steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer and shampoo for guest use. Each guest is provided with a clean towel. A hand towel is also provided for guest use. First Aid kit, smoke detector and cabon monoxide are available in the house. The house is well lit and fitted with chandeliers and attractive photo frames.
My place is about 2 to 3 minutes walk to bus routes depending on the bus station you want to access. There is also a request bus stop in front of the house

It was advertised that this was an 8 minute walk to the tube station when in actuality it was 30 minutes. That was our main criteria for choosing this VRBO. The owner was a nice man. Suggestions I have are to install some mirrors near where outlets are located so hair can be done easier and replace toaster that does not work. Also, we left without knowing what to do for check out. A folder with information on appliances, wifi access, local conveniences, emergency numbers and check out information would be nice. It was advertised that there was a line and pegs for drying clothes but they were not evident.
This is a generously large property in a great location for sight seeing by car, Canterbury, Cambridge, St Albans, Brighton, Colchester, Ipswich even Norwich & Great Yarmouth. Supermarkets 5 mins away in the car.
The property itself has room for 2 cars (off street). The kitchen had everything you'd need, even the extras like cling film, bin bags, washing powder, ice cube tray & some condiments (which we've not had available in other properties). There was a washing machine which we used on a number occasions and washing line & pegs outside. The only thing that the property didn't have was a working dishwasher but this wasn't an issue for us as we were hardly there to eat.
All in all this was a great property, bit tired but a great base for seeing different cities/locations by car.
Good communication with Charles the host/owner prior to arrive with queries we had. Then on the day of arrive he also checked we had been able to enter the property without any issues.
We would stay here again, for the price and location, it did us nicely.
