Perfect Little Cottage

Holland, Michigan has long been a vacation paradise for tourists and vacationers alike, filled with history and attractions. Lake Michigan for beach and boating.No end of things to do in winter and summer.
'The Little Cottage' has been completely remodeled. and includes all new appliances and furniture.

It is a perfect spot to relax or use as a retreat when you get back from a day at the beach, boating, golf, snow skiing, or snow mobile riding. It is cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter.

The wall of windows in the Great Room has a view of Lake Macatawa.Front deck for morning coffee or a cool drink at sunset. Side deck with grill and a table for six for outdoor meals.

There are two bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the great room.Washer and dryer. Bikes and a bike trailer in the shed for use on the bike trails close by.

We have added a new washer and dryer in 2022
We have a new hot water heater 2022. New dishwasher in 2024.

Cute cottage, bright and cheery. We enjoyed the use of the bikes. Great bike paths nearby. Everything was clean. Bedrooms and bath are quite small, but fine for just two plus small children. The price might be a bit high for such small rooms. Quite responsive property manager.

The property and weekend was great. The only two minor issues were the bikes they had for use were in need of quite a bit a maintenance. Having them for renters is great, but need to be in better shape. The other thing is the shower is very small. Other than those two items everything else was great!

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the house. The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing description well. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.The only downside was that we noticed some dead bugs inside the house during our stay.. While it wasn't a huge deal, its next to woods so I'm sure it can be hard to control, it is something that could be improved for future guests.Despite that, we had a pleasant visit and appreciated the home and hospitality. I would recommend the property!

Loved the bicycles available to be able to take quick trips to the beaches. Location has really nice paths and and the proximity to the beach. Neighbors were great and welcoming allowed access their private lake views.

Location...walk, ride bikes skate...almost anywhere you want to go..Lots of attractions nearby. Cosy and warm in the winter. Cool and airy in the summer.
