Villa Margarita - with private swimming pool

Discover this beautiful villa in Costa de la Calma with private pool! It is located in a quiet urbanization only 5 minutes walking distance to the long beach of Santa Ponsa and the centre of the village. The property has 3 cosy bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside, there is a spacious living room with wifi and a fireplace, ideal for relaxing while watching a film, listening to music or simply enjoying a glass of wine with a good book. In the dining area you can enjoy Mediterranean dishes prepared in the fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.



Outside you will find a huge swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal. The area is excellent, only 750 metres from the beach, where you can find different leisure and nautical activities. Less than 6km away is the Western Water Park, Katmandu and Pirates, fantastic places to enjoy with the whole family or friends.



Also, at night, you have the option of strolling along the promenade of Santa Ponsa, this is the touristic centre of the island par excellence, combining its beautiful beaches, restaurants and its famous bar and party area. The area is well communicated with buses, taxis and shuttle services.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Wonderful villa of our dreams

We have been coming to the area for more then 5 years and this was definitely the best property we stayed in. The check out was smooth, the villa was comfortable, the swimming pool clean and spacious. Great location in a quiet area. We certainly will be back!

Villa was tired and not up to the standard expected given the cost

There were no previous reviews for this villa but the photos looked good so we took the risk and booked. The villa is in a very quiet, residential location with nothing in walking distance, a car is essential as the taxi service in Majorca is very unreliable. The villa is tired and in need of an update. The pool has chipped tiles in numerous places, the sun beds are old plastic beds with worn out cushions. Also all bedrooms are without blackout blinds so expect to be woken up as the sun comes up. The villa management company were efficient and took care of any questions we had. Unfortunately we can’t recommend this villa based on our experience. Although if it had an update it could be very nice if you are looking for a very quiet location.

Thank you for your review, Alison. We take all our reviews very seriously. After discussing it with the owner he will upgrade the swimming pool quality and buy new and better sunbeds. We will consider to add better curtains in order to block the sun in the morning. However, we hope that you have had a great stay and enjoyed your holidays.
