About this property

5 Bed New England style Home five minutes from Sandbanks Beach + The New Forest

Our beautifully refurbished New England style home is ideal as the perfect holiday destination in the UK. We are five minutes drive or 10 minute walk to the wonderful white sandy beaches of Sandbanks and Poole Harbour and the gorgeous Jurassic coast line. Come and paddle board, kite surf, water ski, sail, trek the rugged coast line of Studland and the jurassic coast. We are also 30 minutes to the beautiful countryside of The New Forest, where the wild horses roam and the walks and pubs are heavenly. We have so much to offer here.
The house is a five bed, 4 bathroom house that comfortably sleeps 10 but can easily get double blow up beds in all rooms to even max your capacity up to about 14.
We have a large garden with lovely new bbq, table tennis and toys. Lots of fun to be had.
Its easy to hire paddle boards, book slain for kite surfing lessons and cycle around this area too.
We have the beautiful Rick Steins restaurant on the Sandbanks peninsula only two minutes drive away and plenty of cafes and restaurants, including a fabulous Thai at the end of our road.
We are an hour from Stone henge, 2hrs from the beautiful city of Bath, and only 2hrs by train into central London.
Its an ideal location for a wonderful 30minutes into the New Forest, with its beautiful woodland walks and a large water park with inflatables for adults and kids to enjoy!
Our house is our pride and joy. We hope you will respect it as we do.

Amazing house!

Wonderful experience in very beautiful house in lovely area of Poole. Didn't have a chance to meet the owners, but the house was super clean and tidy considering they live there. We had great time staying in this property. Thank you Zoe and Daniel!

Lovely modern comfortable house

This house was so much better than imagined. Everything was so homely, modern and comfortable. We as a family loved it and jealous that we have not got one like it. Would definitely recommend it to anybody contemplating in staying there. We hope to come back again, that is if it is still available. Amazing weekend at beautiful home

We had a fantastic time and the house could not have been more perfect. Ideal location close to the beach and all the amenities of Poole and Bournemouth. The house is very cosy and the garden has a lovely secluded feel. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and table tennis table. It was great to meet Zoe and I could not reccomend the property more highly.

Property was modern , smart and welcoming

Property was very comfortable and had a relaxing feel to it . The addition of a large paddling pool was very much enjoyed. Location was great to beaches and general amenities. I would definitely recommend property.

We are sailers and love where we live as there are so many opportunities for outdoor activities and adventures locally. We moved here from London 10 years ago and will never leave!

Why they chose this property

Our property has been fully refurbished to a high standard with two en suites, and two bathrooms. The space is wonderful for our large family. We are also surrounded by trees and the energy is amazing here. We can walk to the beach, into the woods, cafes and supermarkets. All so convenient... sunny Dorset is the best place to live and our home is well loved and enjoyed.
