Great location

Place was lovely and location was great. Difficult to get the front door open at first, but we managed. We were a bit late due to me being on crutches, and the greeter was impatient, but otherwise, a great stay.

Our first trip to Venice and this property made it a great stay. There was lots of space to get cozy. The upstairs shower didn't want to cooperate but the downstairs one was great.

The flat was very desapointing. It was dark, dated, this upstairs bathroom shower head didn’t work properly, the kitchen was not in very good condition and it was very expensive for the quality. Unfortunately we would not recommend

Flat was perfectly pleasant, though like practically everywhere in Venice, it took a few tries to find our way back when returning from an outing.
