VILLA in SANREMO of 350 m2 overlooking the sea, has 4 completely independent suites with their own terrace with sea view. One of the suites has a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath and another only Jacuzzi; everything is completely exposed to the south to enjoy the beautiful and long sunny days.

The villa is located in Sanremo, in a street with private access: Via Privata al Sole, although it is very close to one of the best restaurants in the city. the property has three parking spaces and a single garage. The property is located in a very quiet area despite being a few hundred meters from the oldest road in Italy, the Aurelia.

It has a 900 m² garden with a large variety of flowering plants and fruit trees, including numerous citrus fruits as well as a beautiful pool.

This villa in San Remo is the ideal place to spend your holidays.

SEA AND BEACHES: For those who love the salt water and the pleasure of lying on the sand, the property is very close to the beaches.

CYCLE PATH: For those who love cycling in the sea, the Cycle Path of the Ponente Ligure offers an oasis suspended between green and blue, along the sea for 24 km; passable on foot, by bike, roller skates and skateboards.

GOLF: Circolo Golf degli Ulivi is the oldest and most prestigious sports institution in the city, with an 18-hole course among the most popular in Liguria.

PORT: For those who love the boat and how much it offers, Portosole is the marina of the city, with over 900 berths.

Lovely stay in San Remo

My husband and I and our granddaughter stayed for a week in San Remo. The house was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked dinner most nights at the house. My husband usually grilled outside. There were air conditioners in all the bedrooms and in the main living area. They worked beautifully - it was hot during our stay. The bathrooms were all upgraded. There were 5 full bathrooms in the house and another outside pool bath. We loved the pool and garden. The weather was very hot - we went for a swim every afternoon.

Amazing property for friends and family.

What an amazing stay we had here! Great location, amazing time in the pool (all day!) the property was very lush with fruit trees and extremely inviting. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very user friendly. Natalia was helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Very secure and safe neighbourhood within walking distance to beach and also grocery store. Plenty of rooms, very large private property. Short cab ride to downtown Sanremo but you could also walk the 2.5 km (if not too hot) Had a great dinner at a local pizzeria /steak house white pony. (Great authentic , highly recommend) We will be back!

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte perfekt. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Ankündigungen auf der Website. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Natalia war ständig erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Villa mit Potential.

Lage,Pool und Garten top. Möblierung, vor allem aussen, könnte besser sein. Außengrillstelle plus Sitzbereich sollte dem übrigen Niveau angepasst werden. Kommen gerne wieder. Gruß Matthias

Wunderschöner Garten und Poolbereich

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Garten und Poolbereich. Für 8 Personen waren leider nicht genügend Liegen vorhanden, dies wird aber laut Vermieter geändert. Hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen

Schönes Haus für Ferien mit vielen Personen

Grosses Haus, praktisch für Ferien mit vielen Personen. Sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren 7 Personen, leider gibt es nur sechs Gartenstühle und ein Tisch beides ziemlich wacklig. Liegestühle sind auch nur 4 Personen vorhanden. Weingläser sind für 5 Personen, und normale Kaffeetassen sind nicht ,vorhanden. Dafür alles andere in der Küche doppelt und mehrfach. Schön wäre es, wenn die Beschreibung für das Haus und der technischen Details in mehreren Sprachen sind.

Gentile Madlen, la ringrazio per la sua recensione. le rispondo punto per punto: - le sedie ci sono quelli di legno ( una delle quale avete purtroppo rotto ) che hanno qualche anno , ma sono sempre sedie bellissime; e poi ci sono le sedie nuove ( arrivate meno di un mese fa ) che sono sempre alla vostra disposizione !!! quindi ci sono a sufficienza. - i bicchieri ci sono di tutti i tipi : vino rosso, bianco, da desert, per i super alcolici ecc, e si anche da acqua. tutti in cristallo. - tasse da caffe mi risultano ben 12. Allora noi durante il vostro soggiorno ci siamo sentiti più e più volte al telefono e sono sempre era pronta a rispondervi puntualmente , mi chiedo se vi mancava qualcosa perché non mi avete detto subito? buona giornata .

Bella casa con giardino e piscina

Casa ben curata e gestita. Situata in zona tranquilla , vicino al mare. Eravamo 6 adulti con 2 bambine e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il pezzo forte della casa è il giardino con piscina. Natalya è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo 😊

Ausgezeichnete Villa

Villa war mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet! Moderne Küche, grosse Zimmer, super Pool, mit Einbruchsichere Türen, top Lage, 5 Gehminuten vom Meer. Gerne wieder!!!

Wonderful villa with a beautiful garden

We stayed for 10 days in this villa, and we have had an amazing holiday. The residence is secured with fence and a gate, perfect for families with children. They can play around with no worries. The pool in the garden keeps a warm temperature and was a really big hit! Outside wc in a small house by the pool makes it excellent. The villa was exactly as the pictures promised(or more). Natalya has overdelivered and been most helpful! (She understands english very well, we have communicated by sms). The water in top floor needs a few minutes to get warm, good to know. The information papers was in italian, which made it a bit difficult to understand, but we were really happy with our stay! We will most certainly be back in the future :)

Una vacanza perfetta

Ia villa ci ha offerto la possibilità di vivere una vacanza all'insegna del relax perché dotata di ogni confort e di ampi spazi. Abbiamo usufruito della bella piscina collocata in un giardino curato, fiorito e silenzioso. Facilmente raggiungibili i servizi : nelle vicinanze c'è un ottimo supermercato aperto 24 ore; i negozi del centro di Sanremo distano una piacevole passeggiata di mezzoretta . Molto disponibile e sollecito e' stato il proprietario nei nostri confronti.
