About this property

Beach Condo/Villa

A home away from home, newly remodeled with two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. This two bedroom townhome is nestled in a quiet, private community in the Forest Beach area.
You will have all the comforts of home, located within a private garden area by the private pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, along with easy access on the service road.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, cooking equipment, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and electric stove along with a Keurig coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer is located in the mud room off of the kitchen.

We provide cable with DVR and wireless internet. The living room has a new flat screen 55 inch TV. Master and second bedroom both have flat screens and DVD player.
The master bedroom has a king bed with sliding door accessing the private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with new twin bunks. (Attached 2nd bathroom)the upstairs had had replacement of carpet to laminate.

The patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. It is accessible through sliding doors off of the living room. There is a private full-size pool with access to the pool only through living quarters.

We provide sheets, towels, beach items and umbrella with a cart for easy transportation to the beach.

Come relax and enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head Island, where you can build sandcastles at the beach (beach toys provided), ride the waves (boogie board available), play our Bocci game in the sand, walk or ride the many bike paths, play a couple of rounds of golf, tour historic sites or just lay by the pool and read a good book (Library available in the condo). With more than 250 Hilton Head restaurants and more being cooked up every day you will enjoy your nights out and so many available within walking distance. I provide a list of places to eat and visit with the booklet I send you when renting. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

Nice little condo

It's in a quiet little complex with pool at the center. Both bedrooms were spacious, one with a master bathroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need while you're there. Walking distance to the beach and pretty much anything in HiltonHead. Big enough for a moderately sized family, wouldn't hesitate to use this one again.

The condo is exactly as described. Well stocked and in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed the back patio and the gardens around the pool. Amy was great to deal with and responds promptly to questions.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This property is very well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Not having to worry about lugging beach chairs, beach towels and a cart with us from Pennsylvania was so nice. The beds were very comfortable. The walk or bike ride (we did both) to the beach was great. The location near Coligny was also nice. It is close enough to the action, but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. Amy was great to work with. Thanks for a great family vacation! We hope to return next year!

This condo is within walking distance to beach, restaurants, groceries and much more. We had some difficulties with the condition of the condo during our stay but the owner was quick to rectify the issues. However, this condo is in need of an update.

OUR BEST VACATION YET!

We loved every second of our vacation in Hilton Head this year. Our condo was just what we needed - 2 blocks from the beach - a pool in our back yard - a patio to lounge at - newly renovated bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Also, having a washer and dryer was key for having 3 little kids at the beach:) We can't wait to go back next year! Thank you so much AMY for a great stay and a lovely condo!

Best vacation,best location,best condo! Condo owner went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of! We loved the fact that there was a gas grill,washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen, right down to the spices. If we forgot something from home, no worries, condo owner had it covered. Every vacation should start out with a bowl of M&M's to say hello and enjoy your stay! Will definitely be returning back to condo #37 again. Thank you so much Amy for a great stay! Kelly

Great location for dining and shopping. Short walk to beach.

Cozy condo in heart of vibrant Coligny Sq. Close to restaurants and lots of shopping. Just a couple of short blocks to the beach. Lovely outdoor space with sunny morning patio. I’m sorry to have to say, contrary to earlier reviews this unit requires extensive cleaning. We spent the first two days of our month long stay scrubbing as we had another couple coming to stay and were embarrassed with the state of cleanliness. Painting from ceiling to baseboards would go a long way in cleaning up this condo unit.

Family vacation

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for 25 years. Mostly we stay at Spinnaker Waterside. We were unable to find a unit available the week we needed this year so we stayed in one of the Coligny Villas. We liked the proximity to the beach and loved the patio out back. We spent most mornings there. The beds were very comfortable, too. The check in process was fabulously easy! We also appreciated having coffee and spices. What we found less than appealing was the overall cleanliness and neglect of the villa. The dishwasher was falling out from under the counter, the dryer needed two cycles to dry a load and the drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair that I had to dig out. Nonetheless, we had what we needed and as always, enjoyed the sun, sand and Rita's!

Great Location

Amy’s place was in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Her rental allowed you to relax and enjoy some quiet time or walk a short distance to shops, restaurants or the beach. We enjoyed her little back deck nestled in a little green space area with beautiful foliage and the community pool. Amy’s place is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home or enjoy a day at the beach with the beach buggy, beach chairs, towels, etc. Amy was quick to respond to a couple of inquires when we first checked in as well as another inquiry towards the end of our stay. I would recommend staying at Amy’s.

Why did we even pack anything?

My husband and I visited with my in-laws and we had a fabulous stay! The condo is stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beach is about a 5 minute walk as promised and the location is close to shopping and great restaurants. We will be back!!

Location, Location, Location!

Great location - walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Spent a lot of time on the back patio which got great sun. The complex is well maintained and the pool does not have public access which is nice. Amy was very helpful and responsive. The only thing I would point out was there was a lack of storage space especially in the kitchen and bathrooms to put all of your food and toiletries. If you're traveling light you will have no problems but it's also easy to clear out some spaces and well. Looking forward to going back again soon! Thanks Amy!

Great stay at the VIllas on the 4th

WE thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at this location. Most members of our party commented at some point during the visit that it was if we were staying at the home of the owner. It provides a well kept handled with care and love atmosphere. New mattresses that were placed prior to our stay were fantastic. Thanks to the owner and her family for a wonderful stay!

Coligny Villa Condo

Condo is very clean, It's been newly upgraded with new wood floors throughout the first level, The bathrooms upstairs have been upgraded also with a new shower enclosure in new bathroom. We love the location being in walking distance to a beautiful beach area with swings, benches for sitting and bathrooms. Coligny shops and eateries are right there also. Can't say enough about what a great place this is.

Water Side Coligny Villa Condo was perfect!

It was our first time staying on Hilton Head Island and we already have a week booked here for next summer and look forward to staying here again!Amy Williams was wonderful. My family initially had a week in June booked but my son injured his knee in soccer and had surgery in May. Amy had this week in August available and switched weeks for us! My son was further along in his recovery and able to enjoy our vacation thanks to her. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice, the pool was clean and we were within walking distance from Coligny Beach. Everything we needed was provided at the condo. No need to bring the pool toys, beach chairs/umbrella, books, games, linens or even condiments because it's all there! Amy provides a list of activities to consider, and because of the list, we took a day trip to Savannah, GA and did a historical tour of the town with Old Savannah Tours -a good tour of a beautiful town. I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Hilton Head Island! Excellent value, too!
